Administrator settings
Store documents in Salesforce org
Specify a storage location for your signNow documents. Save signNow documents in your current Salesforce record or leave them in your signNow application.
- Go to the App Launcher and select signNow.
- In the main menu, select signNow Administrator Settings.
- Choose where signed documents will be stored:

selecting Don’t save documents on Salesforce will allow for documents to only be stored in the signNow application;

selecting Save documents on Salesforce as Attachments (selected by default) will allow for signed documents to be saved in your current Salesforce record as attachments;

selecting Save documents on Salesforce as Files will allow for saving documents in your current Salesforce record as files.
Once selected, click Save.
