Issues when using the signNow application for Salesforce after Chrome has been updated

You may encounter some issues when using the signNow application inside Salesforce due to the recent Chrome update v.80.

The upcoming Salesforce release scheduled for February 17, 2020 is set to correct the issues Chrome users have been encountering.

To ensure your signNow app is operating correctly during this period, please contact support with any inquiries.

You may also disable Chrome updates manually by following the steps below:

Open a new Chrome tab. Then enter chrome://flags in the search line.
The Experiments section will open.

Select Disable from the drop-down next to the SameSite by default cookies.

Select Disable from the drop-down next to the Cookies without SameSite must be secure.
When finished, select Relaunch for your changes to take effect.
