Fail to open the template list by clicking the signNow button

Once the signNow package has been updated, after clicking signNow buttons, you may see the signNow status canvas opened instead of the list of templates.

To solve this issue, it is required to configure the signNow package. (See the Enable Connected Apps section of this guide).
